I want to thank you and your staff for the service I received which has been consistently excellent.
I called the Templeogue umber just before the time of the snow and Paul came out and checked everything and explained what was wrong.
ON Friday last I had a problem and I rang again. I wondered if this problem was a result oft the previous visit. The man who answered said he would send someone out on the following day, which was Saturday and also St. Patricks's Day.
Eoghan came out in the afternoon and checked everything again.
I think the second problem was my own fault because I turned down the thermostat and therefore the heating didn't turn come on.
Eoghan did't want to take money, but I insisted on a tip.
It's very reassuring for me to know that your staff are so thorough and reliable and also professional.
