Our 1h prepayment policy:

Our plumber will try to resolve the issue during the first paid hour, or if it’s a bigger job and needs more hours/materials, he will provide the necessary details to us, and we will send you a quote. If no work has been carried out, the upfront payment will be deducted from the quote.

Installations

We are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety throughout all installation processes. To ensure the safety of our team and customers, the installation site must meet the following requirements before work can commence:

Site Requirements:

Clean: The Installation area must be kept clean and tidy at all times to prevent accidents and facilitate safe work

Accessible: Site must be freely accessible for deliveries and equipment transfers, with all pathways, doorways, and access routes clear of obstructions

By scheduling installation services with us, you agree to maintain these site conditions throughout the installation period. Failure to meet these requirements may result in installation delays, rescheduling, or additional charges. We reserve the right to postpone work if site conditions do not meet our safety standards, and expect customers to cooperate with our safety requirements and disclose any known hazards prior to installation.
